1.Web 2.0 can be defined as something we call “Social Media” today. Many people today have social media accounts such as Facebook,Instagram,Twitter, and Snapchat. Majority of the people that do have these social medias use it to promote businesses that have or advertise something that will grab peoples attention. Social medias significance today comes back to communication. People such as journalists, photographers, business owners and name brand companies share photos and written posts. A lot of the others that aren’t apart of the categories to share posts and photos use social media for the own being. Teens and young adults go on social media today to see whats trending with their favorite artist or favorite player possibly. Most young adults usually go on social media to find out news on whats going on around the world. Web 3.0 can be viewed as a way to look up things using the internet today. Usually a lot of database are linked and joined together. If we were to try to find a pen, we would want to choose a specific color. We would then search the internet for a blue ink pen with a blue cap cover from the brand BIC. With Web 3.0 it is more about being general in what you are looking for to search the web by just typing in key words for the item to be found. Web 2.0 definitely lived through the hype of Web 1.0 because of the way technology improved throughout the years. On social media today with Web 2.0 with a certain click many changes can occur within the application that you are using to share posts. While when web 1.0 was more of a one based general statement on the internet.
2. Web 2.0 is able to offer more than one idea towards a social media web page. With Web 1.0 the web was way harder to browse through because of the different routes you had to go to in order to get to the place you want to. On a basic page of wanting to hear a song with web 1.0 there would be several different links you would have to go through in order to download the music. When it comes to web 2.0 theres just a simple and quick way to get to the place you want. Therefore web 2.0 is a positive thing.
3. Web 3.0 is taking us into an easy and general way to find what we are looking for in a fast pace technique. Once certain key words are entered into a google search bar you are able to find the answer you were searching for. Some disadvantages of this can be most people will find their easy way out of things by just searching the web. When it comes to research or learning about a certain subject, instead of taking the time to actually learn about what is going on they will quickly look up certain key phrases to get the answer to the solutions. Another disadvantage about web 3.0 is the way certain data is displayed can be irrelevant on where it is found. With web 1.0, it is considered more of a personal blog kind of example when it does come to researching. With Web 1.0 you can read and take notes on what you are researching but cant comment or leave feedback on how you feel about the subject.

Web 2.0 can be defined as as the timing after Web 1.0 of which technology increased more. Web 3.0 which is also defined as the “ semantic web” can also be referred to the document and retrieval system ( intro to the semantic web). The computer always understands the key terms that you type in to find what you are looking for.
